Lily Caring Angels cared for our mum in her own home from November 2020 to September 2022. They got to know our mum really well personally and her specific health and wellbeing needs. She was in the late stages of dementia, was immobile and needed full support. As her needs grew and became more challenging, Lily Caring Angels were able to adapt their provision and care which was so very important to improving her quality of life. Lily Caring Angels were proactive in making her life better from identifying new equipment to help her, to spotting any changes in her medical needs very quickly so she could get the right treatment. Lily Caring Angels engaged really well and effectively with other Health Care Services such as Adult Social Services and the District Nurses to ensure our mum had the best possible support at all times. Indeed, health professionals often commented on how good her skin was. All of Lily Caring Angels staff made mum feel comfortable and always treated her with dignity, respect and kindness. We often heard Mum and the Carers laughing out loud together. The Carers were friendly, compassionate, caring and always went the extra mile and well beyond to support mum.
Lily Caring Angels spent time getting to know us as a family. We really felt as though they cared for us too! They certainly provided a bespoke service which was always reliable, so consistent and always to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble. We cannot thank them enough for what they did for our mum in her own home.

We have had the manager and her Angels since the middle of July to look after my wife after a serious stroke. The care, love and consideration is of the highest standard and many of them have nursing experience and have worked in hospitals. I could not ask for anything better than the service we have and for 3 months was four times a day. With their input, we are now reducing some of the daytime visits. I have no hesitation in recommending these Angels for anyone needing loving care.

Lily Caring Angels supported us with the care of our Mum/mum-in-law in 2021-2022 following her discharge from hospital, visiting three times daily during the last year of her life. The care she received from them was exemplary - being thorough, kind and effective. The team got to know Mim well and understood her needs.
